Non-commercial use refers to the use of the software by an individual who is a natural person, not a company, corporation, partnership, association or other entity and is bounded to use the software for non-profit making acitivities.

Educational use refers to the use of the software by a student, lecturer, professor, or staff member for research or teaching propose.

Any other use requires the purchase of full commercial license.

The Non-Commercial license of NaviCoder IDE for Java (Windows) is fully functional as NaviCoder IDE for Java (Windows).
